The Menu - 4 Course Meal

1. Blake's Chaat -  potato, chickpeas, smoked tomatoes, jalapeño, pickled onions, lamb Prosciutto, tamarind, chickpea crisps

2. Market Catch - chourico and coconut broth, turmeric, shaved brussels

3. Lamb Biryani - roasted loin, braised shank, carrots, basmati rice, spiced lamb jus, gold raisin chutney

4. Coriander Citrus Cake - cardamom ice cream, candied citrus, pickled fennel, jaggery brittle
