1st Course - Choice of • House-made charcuterie and local cheese board OR • Oyster Flight: raw, fried, and roasted
2nd Course • Sunset Beet: rainbow beets, pickled kumquats, blue cheese horseradish aioli, blood orange vinaigrette, dill
3rd Course • Seared Scallop with fennel and apple soubisse, Brussels sprouts, cipollini onion, bacon
4th Course • Prime NY Strip with smoked bone marrow bordelaise, potato puree, heirloom carrot
5th Course • Chocolate and Strawberries: chocolate cremeux, winter strawberries, pistachio ice cream, strawberry cake, mint
